Jackass Meadow Overview

Jackass Meadow campground has 40 campsites and is in on the northeastern side of Florence Lake and also along the South Fork of the San Joaquin River. This campground can accommodate RV, trailer, and tent camping. Each site can accommodate at least 6 guests and 2 vehicles. Some of the sites can have up to 12 guests and 4 vehicles. The closest dump stations are near Shaver Lake (44mi southwest) and the Fresno area (94mi southwest).

This seasonal campground is usually open from mid June to mid September.
