Belle of Colorado Campground has about 20 tent-only campsites and is located on the eastern shore of Turquoise Lake. All sites are first-come, first-serve. Several nice campsites are located along the shoreline. Most involve a short hike to get to the camp sites camping area, but sites 1, 13 and 19 have the parking spot next to the camping area.

The campground is generally open late May to the Tuesday after Labor Day. Check in is 2pm and check out is 12pm. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and a camp host. Firewood is also available for purchase from the camp host.

Area Recreation & Activities

There is a really nice beach area next to the campground where you can do a little sunbathing, swimming, fishing or launch a kayak. Other activities include boating, water sports, mountain biking, hiking, hunting and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.
