Saddle Lake Campground Indiana
Saddle Lake Overview

Saddle Lake campground is located in the Hoosier National Forest and has 13 spacious campsites for tents, trailers and RVs. The campground is located close to the lake and set among a forest of tall trees. The campground does not have drinking water (so bring your own), but it does have a vault toilet and boat ramp to access the lake. Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grate.
Saddle Lake Recreation Area was once a developed recreation area, but is now more primitive. It offers visitors a nice place to commune with nature, fish, hiking and bike ride. Other activities include picnicking, boating, canoeing, kayaking, OHV riding, hunting and horseback riding.
German Ridge campground is about 16 miles to the south and has 20 campsites.
