CCC Bridge State Forest Overview

CCC Bridge State Forest Campground Fishing Pier

CCC Bridge State Forest Campground has 31 campsites and is located in wooded area along the beautiful Manistee River. All campsites are first-come first-served and best suited for tent and smaller trailers/RVs.

The campground is generally open late April through October. Amenities include potable drinking water (from hand pump), vault toilets and trash collection. Each campsite also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grill. Several have excellent river access. Hookups are not available. Cell service is fair in the area.

CCC Bridge State Forest Campground – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes kayaking, canoeing, tubing, fishing, hunting, picnicking, hiking and biking. Wildlife viewing is also good. Visitors can also access several nearby off-road vehicle trails, including the Kalkaska Route, which passes by the campground.
