Maplewood State Park Overview

Maplewood State Park campground has 71 single-family campsites (32 with electric hookups) and is located between Bass and Beers Lakes in a wooded area. There are also 24 equestrian camps, 3 backpack sites, 3 cabins, and 1 group campsite.

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot-water showers ($), trash collectiohn and a dump station. Campsites can accommodate up to 6 people. There’s also a nature store/gift shot, firewood for sale, 2 boat ramps and picnic areas.

The park offers 8 lakes and many ponds for visitors to boat, fish, swim and enjoy throughout the year.  There is abundant wildlife to see and the fall colors are amazing.  There is also a nice trail system for hikers, horseback riders and cross-country skiers.
