Gallo Campground Chaco Culture National Historical Park New Mexico
Gallo Overview

Gallo campground is located within Chaco Culture National Park and next to petroglyphs, a cliff dwelling and ancient inscriptions. There are 48 single-family campsites that can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Twelve of the sites are tent-only. Group camping is also available. Each site also has a table, fire ring/grill. There are no trees or shade structures to offer shade.
The campground has a dump station, flush toilets from March through October, then vault. Drinking water is not available in the campground, but there is a drinking fountain at the visitor center (about a mile away).
