Green Lakes State Park Overview

Great Lakes State Park features two beautiful glacial lakes and 133 spacious campsites (70 with hookups) set it a forested area. There are also 7 cabins available to rent.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. There are 29 with water and electric hookups, and another 41 sites with just electric hookups. The rest do not have hookups. Each site also has a parking spur (ranging in length from 20 to 40 feet), table, fire ring and grill.

Each of the 7 cabins can sleep up to 4 people and have 2 vehicles. Amenities include an electric stove, refrigerator, table with chairs, sink, flush toilet, screened porch, fireplace, 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds. Linens are not provided.

The campground is generally open mid April to mid October. Amenities include water, flush toilets, hot-water showers, trash collection and a dump station. There’s also a frizbee golf course, a Robert Trent Jones designed 18-hole golf course (with pro shop and restaurant), swim beach, day use / picnic area and playground. Kayak rentals are also available at the ‘Beach House’. Cell service is good in the area.
