Kiser Lake State Park Overview
Kiser Lake State Park campground is located next to the lake and has 74 single family campsites, 2 cabins, and 3 group campsites. Many campsites are lakefront! Twenty of the campsite have electric hookups and 10 campsites are tent only. Group camping is available on the south side of the lake. There are also 2 cabins available for rent. The cabins have electricity and can sleep up to 4 people.
The other sites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 55 feet for electric sites and 25 feet for other sites). Each campsite also has a table and fire ring.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, a campfire center, playground, volleyball court and RV dump station.
Kiser Lake State Park – Area Recreation
Kiser Lake State Park offers a variety of outdoor recreation activities including boating, sailing, fishing, hunting, picnicking, hiking, biking swimming and other water sports. The 396-acre lake has a marina, boat ramp and also boat rentals. Kiser Lake Wetlands Nature Preserve is also located within the park and consists of two separate areas.
Grand Lake St. Marys State Park is also in the neighborhood. It’s about 50 miles away and has 148 campsites. Caesar Creek State Park (OH) is also nice.

Photos need updated! They have put in more electrical sites now! And the weeping willow tree service are not there any more out front.

Are the electric sites available to tents?

CampsitePhotos is not associated with the campgrounds listed on our site. We provide the photos and little more info on the campground/reservation. I’d call Kiser Lake SP directly and ask about tents using electric sites. Usually you can as long as you want to pay the extra fee for having an electric site. Here’s the #:937 362-3822
I can’t find if cabin has air contiditioning made reservations hottest day of year. Thanks for input.

It does not appear that the Kiser Lake State Park cabins have AC. They can sleep up to 4 people, have electricity, a picnic table, BBQ and fire ring. You can also park 2 vehicles at each cabin. Perhaps someone here can confirm whether they have AC. You can also try calling the park/campground to find out at: 937-362-3822
Can people with Rvs any size camp there?
Hi Gina, The electric hookup campsites at Kiser Lake State Park accommodate tents and trailers up to 55 feet in length. The non-electric campsites are smaller and can accommodate tents/trailers up to 25 feet. You can check availability, size and make a reservation by clicking on the MAKE A RESERVATION button on the Kiser Lake State Park campground page.
Does this park have any shower houses? I don’t see any on the map, just restrooms. If so could you tell me where they are located.

Kiser Lake State Park does not have showers.
The “flushable toilets” have been locked the past two days, the other restrooms are primitive and GROSS! No shower houses and the marina is closed for the rest of 2020
The 3 of us just stayed at Kiser Lake 1 night 2 days in one of the small cabins and thought the entire stay was just awesome! It is too bad there are no showers there, outdoor or any! But we took gallon jugs and filled them with the Artisan Spring water that flows there and dumped it on each other and suds-ed up! The many bathrooms found there were very clean too. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect 2 days; Sept 4 2020 high of 77, no humidity and low of 62!!!
SO much fun, SO clean and an awesome, much needed mini VACA. The ride there from Wilmington Ohio is just gorgeous too! We will be camping there every year from now on!
Are Generators and outdoor showers allowed

Yes, generators are allowed at Kiser Lake State Park from about 8am to 9pm. And you can also use outdoor showers.
