Sheep Bridge Overview

Sheep Bridge Campground has 23 spacious campsites and is located next to the Deschutes River in a grassy meadow and among lodgepole pine trees. It is also just above the Wickiup Reservoir.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 30 feet). Sites 4, 17, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 19, and 21 pull-through. Each site also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grill.

The seasonal campground is usually open late May to late October. Amenities include potable (drinking) water, vault toilets and trash collection (dumpsters). Firewood is available for purchase from the camp host. A boat ramp is also located next to the campground. Overflow parking is also available.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, picnicking, horseback riding, hunting, OHV trail riding and wildlife viewing.

You may also like Rock Creek, West South Twin, Cow Meadow, Gull Point, Little Cultus,  North Davis Creek and Cultus Lake campgrounds.
