Chester State Park Overview

Chester State Park Campground is located in the Piedmont Region of South Carolina and has 25 campsites with water and 50-amp electric hookups. Cabins, group camping and a hike/bike camping area are also available.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs from 28-33 feet. Each site also has a parking spur, table, lantern holder, fire ring and grate.

The campground is open year round.  Amenities include potable (drinking) water, flush toilets, trash collection (dumpsters), hot-water showers ($) and an RV dump station (with water fill). The park also has a 160-acre lake, hiking trails, picnic shelters, playground and disc golf. Fishing boat rentals are also available. Wifi is not available. Cell service is good in the area.
