Anderson Cove Overview

Anderson Cove Campground has 111 campsites and is located next to Pineview Reservoir in scenic Ogden Valley. There are 58 single campsites, 9 double campsites, 9 yurt sites and 31 walk-to (tent-only) campsites.  Hookups are not available. There are also 4 group campsites (up to 20 vehicles and 100 people per site).

The campground is usually open the end of April through September. Amenities include potable (drinking) water, vault toilets, trash collection (dumpsters) and a dump station. There’s also a marina/store, boat ramp, day-use / picnic area, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and swim beach. Firewood is also available for purchase from the friendly camp host.  A cafe and gas station are about 1/2 mile from the campground. Cell service is good in the area.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grill.

Anderson Cove Campground – Area Recreation and Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, water sports, mountain biking, hiking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Other campgrounds in the area include Magpie, Botts, South Fork, Lower Meadows, Perception Park and Willows.
