Yuba Lake State Park Painted Rocks Overview

Yuba Lake State Park Painted Rocks campground has 41 campsites (38 with electric hookups) and is located on the Levan side of Yuba Reservoir. There are 3 tent-only sites. Each site also has a table, shade structure, fire ring and grate. Hookup sites can accommodate trailers/RVs from 4o to 90 feet.
Campground amenities include drinking water and pit toilets. There is also a boat ramp located next to Painted Rocks campground.
Primitive and boat-in camping area also available in the park. Oasis Campground is also located in Yuba Lakes State Park.

The sprawling waters of Yuba State Park provide a variety of recreation including boating, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, fishing, swimming, water skiing, picnicking, hiking, biking, OHVing and wildlife viewing. There’s also a zip line here!
