Brighton State Park Overview

Brighton State Park campground 84 campsites (including 23 lean-to sites) right on the shores of spectacular Spectacle Pond. The location is remote and beautiful with mountains, forests, streams and lakes to explore. There are also 5 cottages available to rent.
Brighton State Park campground has drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers ($), and a delightful dump station. The park also has a nature museum, picnic area, playground, hiking trails and historic sites to explore. Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grate.
Outdoor recreation includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, camping, bike riding and wildlife viewing.
Lake Carmi State Park is 69 miles to the east and close to the border. It has 170 campsites (including 35 lean-to sites).
