Coolidge State Park Campground Vermont
Coolidge State Park Overview

Coolidge State Park Campground has 62 campsites some of which have beautiful views of the Black River valley and the Green Mountains. There are 36 lean-to sites and 26 tent/trailer sites arranged in two camping loops. The campground has restrooms with flush toilets and showers, drinking water and an RV dump station. There are no hookups at this campground. There’s also a nature center, horseshoe pits, picnic area and play area. Group camping is also available. Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grate.
Coolidge State Park is the centerpiece of the 21,500 acre Calvin Coolidge State Forest. The Park offers miles of hiking trails to explore and several streams to fish. There’s also abundant wildlife throughout the park. If you’re lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of a barred owl, a moose, or rarely even a black bear! Nearby is the village of Plymouth Notch, the birthplace of Calvin Coolidge, 30th president of the United States.
If you’re heading south, you may want to check out Woodford State Park. It has 103 campsites available in a pretty forest of source, fir and birch trees.
