Fishhook Park Campground Lake Sacajawea Washington

Fishhook Park Overview

Fishhook Park Campground has 51 spacious campsites and is on the shores of Lake Sacajawea in Eastern Oregon. There are 40 sites with water and electric hookups. The other k11 sites are primitive, walk-to tent sites. Two them can be combined for groups. One group picnic shelter is also available.

The campground is seasonal and generally open mid May to early September. Amenities include potable (drinking) water, restrooms with flush toilets and showers, trash collection (dumpsters) and an RV dump station. There’s also a playground, picnic/day-use area, swim beach and boat ramp. Firewood is also available to purchase from the camp host. Cell service is good.

The 40 sites with hookups can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site has a paved parking spur, table, lantern post, fire ring and grill.  Most sites have good tree shade.

The park gate closes during quiet hours from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pets are okay (on leash). Check in time is 2:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m. When hanging hammocks on trees must use 3 inch flat strap (webbing).

  1. Worst place ever!!!! Do not come here. Willam is a ass hat and will ruin your whole vacation, again do not waste your money here. Not clean either. Have pics to prove it!!!

  2. That’s to bad it awful now have reservations for July been coming here since the 70’s they were suppose to up grade it did they??????

  3. WHOLE extended family spent June 17-21, 2026 at Fishhook. This was our first trip with the family (just married in) but they’ve been coming here every year at this time for over 15 yrs. The sites were perfect, staff was friendly/helpful, bathrooms were checked often, and the sunsets were gorgeous. We did have 1 windy day, but can’t blame the staff for that 😉 Brought they’re Sea-Doo’s and everyone that was properly licensed had an incredible time.
