Mount Spokane State Park Overview

Mount Spokane State Park includes over 12,000 acres and is located in the Selkirk Mountains. The campground has 8 single-family campsites (all first-come, first-serve), that can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 30 feet).  Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include drinking water and flush toilets. The campground is generally open late May through September.

Mount Spokane State Park – Area Recreation

Spring through Fall visitors can hike 100 miles of trails with spectacular views, horseback riding, mountain biking, mountain climbing, picnicking and wildlife viewing.  In the winter, you can try out the 37 miles of Nordic ski trails, hit the slopes for some downhill skiing or snowboarding, try some snowmobiling. The ski/snowboard area has 6 lifts and 52 runs.  The Selkirk Lodge provides lodging all year and there’s also a restaurant on site.

Farragut State Park is to the north and has 4 campgrounds including Waldron, Gilmore, Snowberry and Whitetail.
