Yellow Pine (WY) Overview

Yellow Pine Campground is located near Lodgepole Creek and has 19 single-family campsites set among a forest of mixed conifers and Aspen. All campsites are first-come, first-serve.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and small RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate.

The seasonal campground is usually open early June to early October. Amenities include vault toilets and trash collection (dumpsters), but no water. Firewood is also available for purchase from the camp host.

Tie City – Outdoor Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the are includes fishing, hunting, hiking, horseback riding, OHV trail riding, climbing, picnicking and wildlife viewing. There’s also a great network of challenging mountain bike trails in the area.
