Natural Bridges National Monument Utah

Natural Bridges National Monument Overview

Natural Bridges National Monument includes a spectacular desert landscape in southeastern Utah and is known for three enormous natural stone bridges carved by water over thousands of years. Located west of Blanding and near the Four Corners region, the monument offers a quieter alternative to some of Utah’s more heavily visited national parks. Its combination of dramatic sandstone formations, deep canyons, archaeological sites, hiking trails, and dark night skies makes it an appealing destination for sightseeing, hiking, photography, and stargazing.

Natural Bridges National Monument Campground has 13 primitive campsites for tents and small trailers/RVs.

Camping here provides easy access to the scenic loop, hiking trails, overlooks, and night-sky viewing. There are no large resort-style amenities. Campers should be prepared for a remote desert environment and bring supplies they may need during their stay.
