Caspar Beach RV Park & Campground Overview
Casper Beach RV Park & Campground is located right next to Casper Beach on a beautiful cove along the Mendocino coastline of Northern California. Doyle Creek also runs through the campground.
There are about 120 campsites including 38 full hookup sites, 10 with water & electric, 36 standard sites and 37 tent campsites. Two cabins are also available for rent. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. Cable TV and WiFi are also available at the RV sites.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers ($), laundry facilities, a playground and a fish/Ab cleaning station.
Casper Beach RV Park & Campground – Area Recreation
Recreation includes beach combing, swimming, diving, snorkeling, surf fishing, hiking, biking and picnicking. There’s also an abundance of marine wildlife in the area. There’s also shops, restaurants and historic sites in the area.
Casper Headlands State Beach is nearby and Russian Gulch State Park is also about 5 miles to the south.

Campsites are very close together. Very little, if any personal space. Our tow car broke down and we asked if we could park in the corner of their parking lot for a week and they said no. The Beach across the street is nice, but I would not stay at this campground again.
Mostly an RV park with some tent camping sites. The drive-in sites along the creek in the back of the canyon are pretty close together but the walk-in sites up at the mouth of the canyon are pretty nice! The campground is across the street from a nice beach. Nice place to stay if you can get a good spot.
This is one of my absolute favorite campgrounds. We have stayed in RV site and one of their cabins. Excellent location across the street from the beach.
