Mills Canyon Campground has 12 single-family campsites and is located next to the Canadian River in the Cibola National Forest & Grasslands. The campground is open year-round and all sites are first-come, first serve. Campsites can accommodate tents an small trailers/RVs.

Campground amenities include 2 vault toilets. Water is not available. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. Cell service is not available in the area.  Mills Canyon Road #600 is very narrow, steep and winding.  High clearance vehicles, not cars, are recommended due to rough road conditions.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, horseback riding, OHV trail riding, hunting, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Mills Canyon Rim Campground is also in the area.
