Baby Doe Overview

Baby Doe Campground has 51 single-family campsites and is located in a shaded lodgepole pine forest, on the eastern shore of Turquoise Lake.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Several of the sites are right along the shoreline. Both reservable and first-come, first-serve campsites are available. The campground is usually open late May through Labor Day. Amenities include drinking water (tank and spigots) and vault toilets. Firewood is also available for purchase from the camp host. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill.
Area Recreation & Activities
Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, fishing, water sports, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting, OHV trail riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing. A boat ramp is also available over at Tabor campground.
Other campgrounds in the area include May Queen, Tabor, Father Dyer, Printer Boy, Belle of Colorado, Molly Brown, Silver Dollar, Matchless and Sugar Loafin’.
