Dames Ferry Overview

Dames Ferry campground has 28 campsites (with water & electric) and is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Juliette. Many sites are waterfront and have great views of the lake.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs. In addition to water & electric hookups, each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include potable water, flush toilets, showers, a dump station, playground and boat ramps. Ice and firewood are also available for sale.

Dames Ferry – Area Recreation

Visitors can enjoy a variety of outdoor recreation including boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. The small town of Juliette (of “Fried Green Tomatoes” fame) is also nearby and worth a visit.
