Collier Memorial State Park Overview

Collier Memorial State Park Campground has 74 campsites and is located at the confluence of Spring Creek and the Williams River.  Equestrian campsites are also available at the horse camp.

The campground is set up in two loops. Loop A has 16 full-hookup sites and 18 non-hookup sites with water nearby. Loop B has 30 full-hookup sites. Each loop has restrooms with potable (drinking) water, flush toilets, hot-water showers and trash collection.  The Horse Camp has 2 sites and each have 2 corrals. A dump station is also available and has a potable water fill station. Firewood is also available to purchase from the camp host. Cell service is fair in the area.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grill.

Williamson River Campground is also a few miles away and has 19 first-come first-served campsites.

Collier Memorial State Park – Area Recreation and Activities

Outdoor recreation includes fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing. The park features an outdoor museum of historic logging equipment from the 1880s and a relocated pioneer village.

The Williamson River is regionally famous for its quality trout fishery that consistently produces trophy fish. Spring Creek gushes dramatically out of a nearby spring.
