Sedalia (SC) Overview

Sedalia Campground has 12 campsites set in a forested area on the Enoree Ranger District of Sumter National Forest.  The campground is surrounded by a mixed pine-hardwood forest with an elevation of approximately 570 feet.

There are 5 campsites open year round and an additional 7 seasonal sites that are available during big game deer and turkey seasons.  One of the sites (#1) is a group site and can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and 16 people. The single-family campsites can accommodate up to 2 vehicles (some only only one) and 8 campers.  Each site has a parking area, fire ring and grill. The campground doesn’t provide picnic tables, electricity, no hookups, no wifi and cell coverage is sporadic.

Amenities include water, trash dumpsters and vault toilets.  Cell service is good in the area.

Sedalia Campground – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes hunting, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. The campground is also near to the Enoree and Tyger Rivers which offer boating, kayaking fishing or just splashing around to cool down.
