Silver Fir Overview

Silver Fir Campground has 17 single-family campsites set in a forested area along the North Fork Nooksack River in northern Washington. Most campsites are riverfront or very near the water. The area also offers stunning scenery and access to numerous recreational activities within the North Cascades.

The campground is generally open mid May to mid September. Amenities include potable (drinking) water, vault toilets and trash collection (dumpsters). Cell service is poor in the area. There is also a group picnic shelter (up to 25 people) at the campground. Groceries, firewood and other conveniences are available 20 minutes away in the nearby community of Glacier.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site has a gravel parking spur, table, tent pad, fire ring and grill.  Hookups are not available.
