Worthen Meadow Campground has 28 campsites on the shores of Worthen Meadow Reservoir.  The campsites are fairly small, but will accommodate RVs and trailers up to 24 feet.  Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grill. Worthen Meadow Campground has potable water, vault toilets and a boat ramp.

Outdoor recreation includes camping, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, wildlife viewing, hunting, horseback riding and OHVing.
