Dam Area Overview

Narrows Dam Area Campground has 24 campsites (18 with water and electric hookups), and is in a wooded area on a hill above Narrows Dam / Lake Greeson.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Campsites 1-18 have electric hookups, sites 6-11 have water & electric, and site 17 has full hookups. Each site also has a gravel parking spur, table, lantern post, BBQ pedestal, fire ring and grill.

The campground is open year-round. Amenities include water, flush toilets, showers, trash collection and a dump station. There’s also a marina, boat ramp, boat trailer lot, picnic / day use area and swim beach.

Narrows Dam Area Campground – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation includes boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming, water sports, hiking, biking and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also good with opportunities to see white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, migratory waterfowl and bald eagles (winter months).

Other campgrounds in the area include Arrowhead Point, Kirby Landing, Laurel Creek, Parker Creek, Bear Creek and Cowhide Cove. You might also like Daisy State Park.
