Junction Campground Inyo National Forest California
Junction Overview

Junction campground has 14 small campsites and is located near the Tuolumne Meadows (east) entrance of Yosemite National Park. All sites are first-come, first-serve. The area offers amazing views of the mountains, is close to Tioga Lake, and easy access to Yosemite National Park. You can also enjoy hiking, biking and wildlife viewing in the area.
The campground is small, primitive and fills up just about every weekend. No drinking water is available, so bring your own. Delightful vault toilets are available. Each campsite has a table, food storage locker, grill and grate.
Other nice campgrounds in the area include Moraine, Aspen (Aspen Grove), Big Bend, Ellery Lake Campground, Saddlebag Lake Trailhead Group and Tioga Lake. Another option would be Tuolumne Meadows campground (reservations recommended).
