Trinity River Campground SHASTA-TRINITY NATIONAL FOREST California
Trinity River Overview
Trinity River Campground has 7 campsites on the banks of the Trinity River and a few miles north of the Coffee Creek area in Shasta-Trinity National Forest. All sites are first-come, first-serve.
The popular campground has paved roads, spurs, vault toilets and trash collection. Drinking water is not available. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 35 feet). Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill.
Other campgrounds in the area include Alpine View, Hayward Flat and Scott Mountain.
Area Recreation & Activities
Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
