With only five spaces, Palisade is the smallest family camping area in the Inyo National Forest. This campground is located at 8,600 feet and provides trailer spaces, drinking water and restrooms.

Directions from Bishop: Travel west on US 395 for about 30 miles to Forest Service Highway 12. Take the Tom's Place exit and follow Forest Service Highway 12 (Rock Creek Road) for about three miles.
