Lower Bucks Lake Campground Lake View

Lower Bucks Lake is a beautiful (rustic) campground set in a forested area right along the lake. There are 7 spacious and well-spaced campsites that have great views of the water. All sites are first-come, first-served. Campsites 5 and 7 have easy access to the lake.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site has a gravel parking spur, table, food storage locker (bear box), fire ring and grill.

The seasonal campground is generally open mid May to mid October. Campground amenities include a vault toilet and trash cans down by the day use area. Potable (drinking) water is not available. Cell service is also not available. Although there is not a boat ramp, you can launch kayaks from the day use area beach.  Supplies and boat rentals are available at nearby resorts.

Lower Bucks Lake – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, OHV trail riding, hunting, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Other campgrounds in the area includes Grizzly Creek, Haskins Valley, Sundew, Hutchins Group, Mill Creek and Whitehorse.
